Does my name in my travel profile need to reflect my full legal name?Your travel profile should reflect the name as it appears on your passport or driver’s license. Your airline ticket, driver’s license, passport and/or visa should all reflect your full legal name. If they do not match, you may experience a delay with airport security and/or potentially denied boarding.
What is the difference between airfares, why is one less expensive than another?Airfares vary in price because the airlines sell a limited amount of seats at each fare. As most travelers are looking for the lowest fare, this is the inventory that sells out first. A good general rule of thumb is to book your travel as far in advance as possible because the lower fare inventory typically requires greater advance purchase.
When I search by schedule on the Flight tab, why are the prices not displayed in the search results? When you choose to search by schedule, you will first see a list of outbound and return flights. After you select the appropriate outbound and return flights, Concur Travel will then display the prices for your selected flights as well as several similar flights.
Can I use a ticket credit with Corporate Traveler?Corporate Traveler is able to apply Southwest unused tickets, and any credits for tickets booked with Corporate Traveler agents, not online via the booking tool. Credits from other agencies or credits received when booking directly with the airline will have to be used with the other agency or specific airline site.
Will I still get my own personal frequent flyer miles when booking travel with Corporate Traveler?Absolutely! Ensure you update the membership section of your profile in the Corporate Traveler portal.
Ensure that the membership numbers are entered in correctly as if they are incorrect this may affect all future bookings, regardless of airline booked.
WARNING: Incorrect membership numbers anywhere in your profile will cause all bookings to be rejected.
It is important to note that your name on your airline membership account must match your traveler profile exactly (including prefix and middle name). If your name does not match you may not receive your points.

Why aren’t my desired flights showing up in Concur? In Concur, the default search window is 3 hours before or after the search time you pick. If there is not a flight showing in your view, make sure that it is not outside the search parameters you have chosen. There are many other filters to narrow down your flight based on non-stop/direct, airline, duration, cost, etc.
