With a WebEx Event, you can reserve a  Cisco Event Assistant (aka "producer") for 1-on-1 assistance before, during, and  after the event. Highly recommended for any event of  200+ attendees.

  • What/where/how: Please view the Intro Video and/or  the Data Sheet before proceeding to the Reservation Portal
  • Book  in advance: Book your reservation at least 3 weeks before your event date
  • Hours of Operation: 5AM – 6PM Pacific Time  (M-F)
